About these messages. Tidepool, operated by Northshore Software Inc., sends text messages to people who asked for them — account and service updates, alerts, and, where you've separately agreed to them, marketing messages.
Consent. You receive texts from Tidepool only if you opted in — by providing your phone number and agreeing to receive texts, or by replying to confirm a request you made. Consent to receive texts is never a condition of any purchase.
Frequency and rates. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply, per your carrier's standard charges. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
Stopping. Text STOP to any message from Tidepool to stop all texts from Tidepool. One final message will confirm you are opted out. You can rejoin at any time by opting in again.

Privacy. Your phone number is used only to send the messages described here. No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Sharing with service providers who help deliver these messages is the only exception.
