Mail arrives in one place. Anyone can claim a thread, hand it to someone else, or leave a note that the customer never sees.
Tidepool works with the address you already have. Point your MX records at us or forward from Gmail; either way the address on your website does not change.
Teams use it for support, for accounts payable, and for the catch-all that nobody owns until something goes wrong in it.
There are no per-agent seats. A team of four and a team of forty pay by volume, because the person who answers two emails a month should not cost the same as the person who answers two hundred.
Replies can go out by email or text, and a customer who started in one can carry on in the other without losing the thread.
